Kate is the creator of the Emotional Care Kit, a groundbreaking personal support tool inspired by therapeutic principles from around the world and modeled after the concept of a first aid kit—but for the mind. Originally developed out of Kate’s own lived experience with depression and suicidal ideation, the kit offers a curated set of strategies and prompts to help individuals regulate their nervous system, confront negative self-talk, and create safety during emotional crises.
 

To meet the growing demand for accessible, preventive wellness in professional settings, Kate adapted this model into the Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit—a corporate-friendly version designed to help employees manage emotional upsets, interpersonal friction, and day-to-day stress without relying solely on management. This empowers staff to self-advocate, emotionally regulate, and stay connected to their work, which in turn allows leadership to prioritize strategic goals without sacrificing team well-being.
